Stock

We try hard to keep the stock levels of our online shop up to date. Everything available in the online shop should therefore actually be in stock. If it does happen that a product you order is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We strive to ship each order within two business days after receiving payment. Shipping costs within The Netherlands are €1.50. To Belgium they are €3,00. For an indication of shipping costs to other destinations, click here. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when we ship your order.

Returns

You can return any item within 7 days after receiving it, no questions asked, provided the item is undamaged and shows no signs of use. You are required to return the item in its original and undamaged packaging, including the invoice you received from us. When you want to return a product, please contact us prior to sending it back at info@fotofilter.nl. We will pay back the purchase amount minus shipping costs.
